The technology used in digital organs has evolved so much that it is now possible to achieve a life-like simulation of a real pipe organ. As well as doing this, the CONCERTO can also play in other styles and the organist can regulate the instrument themselves and introduce new voices from the sound library.

Selection of Voices
The CONCERTO organs give the organist the facility to choose their own voices and also where they are positioned in the departments. This operation is very easy to do and only takes a few minutes. It does not require a computer, just a floppy disk.
The sound library includes samples taken from some of the most famous organs in the world and it is possible to change an entire division at the same time.
The voices are stored in Flash memory as this achieves absolute accuracy and reliability.

Multi-track Sequencer
The CONCERTO sequencer records individual tracks for each manual and the pedalboard and it is possible to overdub each one separately. The data is recorded as a ‘standard MIDI file’, and there is a separate track for recording all the settings on the control panel. This allows the player to alter the registration of a track without having to record the piece again. The sequencer can be operated by a remote control.

Tools
In addition to loading new voices, the floppy disc can also record the capture memories and the instrument settings. It incorporates all the necessary operations such as formatting, copying and copying with single or multiple files. The MIDI interface allows channels to be freely assigned to each division and codes each voice according to its content.

Orchestral Voices
The CONCERTO organs can also be supplied with an ‘orchestra section’ that has 128 individual voices. These become part of the organ and can be stored in the general and divisional memories, and also in the Tutti and Crescendo functions. The keyboards are also touch sensitive when using the orchestral voices.
